Well one hopes your tv box has an HDMI OUT.

Ur TV carrier may supply you with a box already with YPbpr out so u don't have to use a converter.

TV box HDMI output to the converter HDMI input. You will need an HDMI cable.
Component video out of the converter to the component input of the TV. You will need a component video cable (3 RCA). Match the colors.
Audio out of the converter to the audio input associated with the component input of the TV. You will need an stereo cable(2 RCA). Match the colors.
Plug the power supply of the converter into an unswitched AC outlet.
Select the component input on the TV.
