How do I increase font size?

My display size is 125% and that is where I want it. However my dog rested his head in the lower left side of the keyboard and I don't know what he was pressing on but the font size started to get smaller and smaller, lol. I really need to put it back, help!

while pressing the key CTRL, use the mouse scroll wheel to adjust the icon and font size
