How do I know which apps are hacking my phone

If I do not recognize a app on my phone how do I know which ones I can stop or uninstall or disable without hurting my phone

If you can un-install an app, you will be able to re-install later on. But most malware apps are not written in a way to be easily uninstalled.

Hard-resetting your phone is probably the best way to get rid of malware.
