How do I open my blocked Hotmail account?

Hallo, i forgot my password so i was trying to enter my email by using other passwords, i failed but my account had been blocked. i want to enter my account, please help me to open it,

try contact microsoft / hotmail support.. it will require u follow some step to reset the password (secret q/a, linked e-mail, etc)

We cannot help u for bypass/crack password here...
