how do i permanently get rid of yellow, left side line? goes away on reboot, but i want it to stop coming back

I have a Toshiba laptop. I recently started getting a yellow line, down the left side of my laptop. When I reboot, it goes away, but it comes back after a couple days.

sounds like you should seek warranty service, provided its still under warranty.
