How do I replace my GPU on my Inspiron 23 5000?

I have an Inspiron 23 5000 desktop (I know it's a desktop and I put it under Laptop Tech Support, but I don't see a category for PCs), and I want to get into gaming. However, I have no idea how to replace my graphics card and which one I should get. Any suggestions?
