How do I restore music that was somehow. deleted from my LG phone? I went to play music & everything is gone except ringtones

Went to play music I downloaded & found everyone of my music downloads were GONE Said no files PLEASE HELP me undelete, restore them & get them back without having to BUY some kind of new software
