Hi
either your hard drive has failed or the cmos has got corrupted.
(CMOS memory stores information about hardware and which device to boot up from)
Do you have a DVD drive ?
if so insert a bootable CD or DVD disk (Windows disk ?) and see what happens.
If no DVD drive make a bootable usb memory stick with Windows on it.

Check in bios /uefi if the hard drive is detected and what boot order is set to.
CD then hard drive is ok if CD or DVD drive exists
If this is a very new laptop ask the supplier for help
(as this problem should not happen unless you dropped the laptop or subjected laptop to impact or vibration while switched on)
