Solved! How do I stream from my Emoto 5 plus to my Roku TV with no Wi-Fi

I don't have Wi-Fi but I do have unlimited streaming on my phone I have e Moto 5 + Prime Amazon service how do I stream it to my smart TV which is a Roku TV I can't seem to get it to stream

Maybe, smartphone ----(USB)----TV.

But u really should figure out what wrong with the TV. Roku TV are sold explicitly because streaming is built-in, that's like buying an unreliable japanese car.
