How do I stream music from my phone to Bluetooth-less device

Hey, I have a hard disk recorder where my TV is connected to, it had speaker output, so basically everything is connected to that recorder, but I want to stream music to it too but it has no Bluetooth
What should I do to be able to stream my music to my stereo installation???
Maybe a Bluetooth dongle or something?
It would save me a lot of money

Yeah I saw something like that one too with a 3,5 mm, but neither the speaker of the HDD recorder has a 3,5 mm input, my TV does but that doesn't recognize it, so I think it is not supposed for music usage.
So I don't know if there is such a dongle with USB, and if it is, if it would work..
I have an Apple TV, but I don't know if the existing Android apps work good enough and if I can stream Spotify with it.

If your "hard disk recorder" has USB input, you cannot use it as an audio input - it is for attaching storage only.

Does your recorder has RCA (white/red/yellow) inputs? Can you post a picture of the interface panel?
