I dont have internet on my smart tv but i do on my android phone how do i stream or anycast to tv without a adapter or internet on tv its only on my phone

You need to connect your TV through internet to stream or if you will use screen mirror or anycast. Your TV and phone must be connected to the same internet network to make it work.
