how do i stream PC aux camera to an HDMI TV?

I want to show a live chessboard to a classroom. Can I focus an aux PC camera ( coñected by a DSP port,) on the board and then use the PC's HDMI output port to get the result on a large screen TV?

If your camera is just a webcam (as far as software goes), just get MPC-HC and then open the webcam (like you would a file). If you extend your desktop you can have it be fullscreen on just the TV.
