How do i switch gpu from integrated to Amd Radeon m330 For Assassin's Creed Syndicate

i couln't able to play ac Syndicate.My Pc Spec:8gb ddr3 Ram,i7 @2.4 ghz Processor.my Video Memory AMD Radeon R5 m330(2gb.
wnen i try to change the graphical Settings in AC Syndicate,it shows intel HD 5500 Instead of AMD Radeon R5 M330..Please Give me a Solution For This Mess!
My PC:HP Notebook ac028tx.

i tried @laptop_Nerd,but it chose intel hd 5500 only.one another game too which is Virtua Tennis 4,but it can be able to play.i tried so many things for this AC Syndicate,to play!But nothing workout for me!
Is there any solution for this!
