How do I switch on my wireless network on Dell Inspiron?

How do I switch on my wireless network on Dell Inspiron 14R, N4110 laptop? When I go to: Windows Mobility Centre. It tells me Wireless Off. When you klick wireless on it dus noting it is also not lit up.I am using Widowed 7.

Check for the wireless switch on the side of the laptop.

Toggle wireless on/of by pressing Fn + F2

I do not have a switch on the side of laptop.
Noting happens if I pres Fn+F2.

In device manager are there any yellow exclamation marks with regard to wireless adapter?

Click start, right click on my computer, now click on manage, on the top left you will device manager available among the list.

(1)In device manager there are no yellow exclamation marks wit regards to wireless.
(2) I have opened device manager and there is noting regarding wireless.
