How do I take a picture on my Lenovo Ideapad 100s?

I would just like to know if I can take a picture and if so, how do I go about it on my LENOVO IDEAPAD 100S? Please keep in mind I'm a floor installer and do not have much computer savvy skills. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me.

You laptop does have a built in camera and you can use it to take picture of yourself or do talk to somebody online.
