Solved! how do I transfer my pictures from a deactivated Pentech cell phone it is old

Solution
Deactivated or not, the computer should be able to access it, unless the phone is not turning on or it won't load completely due to either a missing or deactivated SIM card. If any of these is the case, the phone would either need to be fixed so that it will turn on, or have a working SIM inserted into it to access the data on the phone. If the SIM is the issue, you don't need to make the phone your currently used one, you just need to insert a SIM into the phone and then connect the phone to the computer. Get what you want off of it and then when done put the SIM back where it came from.
