How do i turn my android Ls620 wont power on what do i do

The battery is fully charged and when i put the battery in another LS620 it poeers that other phone up please help

If the battery is good and there is no power at all, you need to replace it or get it serviced, nothing more you can do yourself unless you know how to take the thing apart and check to make sure the power button is making contact and is not disconnected.
