How do I turn off the SAT?

I cannot figure out how to turn off the sat on my sharp tv

What is "SAT"? Usually it is short of "Satellite", is this something displayed on your TV which bothers you?

This is a voice over telling what is occurring on the screen. It then says if you wish to stop it turn off the sat. That is my problem.

YOu should check then the manual for your TV (or mention the model, someone could know it).
One could decode SAT as "Supplemental Audio Track", something like that
