Solved! how do i turn the bass up with my wireless headphones

I've gone into the sound settings and gone into advanced but it doesn't show the "bass boost" option

That setting is not a given. Depends on the driver.

With headphones, a good seal to the ears make bass miracles.

If you don't have the option (in Windows under 'enhancements') or in your driver software (such as realtek) then you could install a 3rd party graphic equaliser. There are some reasonable free ones around - Google "windows 10 graphic equalizer"
