How do I unlock the touchpad on my dell Inspiron 13 after accidentally locking it?

While trying to turn off the "automatic" touch feature when simply putting my finger over the touchpad, I thought the answer was to turn off the touchpad completely.

I now have NO use of any kind of mouse using the touchpad, and do not have an outside mouse to
Connect to the computer to help.

I literally can't do anything at this point

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Go to Control Panel and look for Hardware and Sound.
- Locate Dell Touchpad tab on the Hardware and Sound window then click on Touchpad.
- Click on Device Select under Touchpad then click on Next to Enable.
