Solved! How do i unroot my viking pro. I can't get anywhere with this. I need to do a hard reset but i can't I'm guessing because it's rooted. Please help

How do I unroot my rca viking pro. I'm at my wits end. I want to start completly over on it but it won't let me because I think it must be rooted. I bought it used. Factory reset does nothing

You would need to have the status of at least SuperSu but it would stillbe a risky procedure. Search for an APK for unrooting. The best site to find that will be https/www.xda-developers.com
