How do I use mine SIM card for down loading ect

A SIM card isn't for downloading. It is how you get service on devices that use a SIM. You get it from your carrier/service provider and you would have to have an active account with them that includes data. If you do not have that, then you can't access the internet.

Now, if you are talking about using a SD card, that is a different story.
