I HV a USB plug and a Bluetooth speaker plus I'd like to watch my Netflix's from cell to TV w tht USB plug how do I do this

Bluetooth either needs a bluetooth capable TV, or a bluetooth interface of some sort, and to 'cast' your cell phone to your TV requires it to be a 'smart' TV.
