How do you pair rca Bluetooth speaker to sound bar without remote

Having the remote won't help.
You can't pair a bluetooth speaker to a soundbar that is itself a bluetooth speaker. They both have receivers not transmitters. You might be able to pair both of them to a source if you get a bluetooth transmitter that can pair with two speakers.
