how do you reset the administors password in a msi?

Hi my sister stupidly forgot her administors password no i can't do anything in a quests account because i need permision by the administor, i checked in the electronuics shop and the worker said they can't do anything so my only hope is the internet, my laptop is an MSI U100 and i tried almost everything, pls help SOS respond asap

we can't help you with password protection bypassing as it is against TH forum rules.
if you have a password reset disk, try using it. or ask microsoft's customer support.
