Go to Google.com.
Take a screen capture (Shift+PrntScrn)
Open MS Paint and paste the screen shot there.
Save as a jpeg.
Right-Click on your desktop and select personalize (Windows 10).
Select Picture as your Background.
Browse for the location of your saved Google screen shot.
