Solved! How does one root an Alba 7 tablet??

Solution
The standard answer to this question should be "if you don't know how to do it, you don't need to do it." That said, what can;t you do without rooting the device?

The quick answer is to go to the Play Store and download a root utility which works internally. The longer method is to download a utility like KingoRoot to a PC and run it from there but you need to enable USB Debugging first. Start off by going into Settings>About Device then tap Build Number seven times to become a Developer.

You'll see a message saying you are one and an extra menu appears named Developer Options. In there you have to tick USB Debugging so you can now connect it to a PC.

Have a look at www.xda-developers.com and you can learn a lot form...
