How exactly would I set up my TV card

Hi everyone,

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum section, I thought this was the most relevant. I am currently looking to buy a TV card so that I can watch Freeview TV on my PC such as this from Amazon: (I live in the UK)

In my room I do not have access to the cable from my house's antenna but will I be able to receive signals from the antenna on the TV car? If not, can anyone point me in the direction of a way I can watch TV on my PC?

You still need access to the house antenna to get anything on it.
