How good are these specs?

Hi,

I'm brand new here! I wonder if someone could give me some advice. I'm thinking of getting the Dell inspiron 17r (specs below), but I'm not sure if it's enough for what I want. I'll be using it for playing The Sims mainly. Not all the time, just at the weekends so it wouldn't be overly heavy usage. Would the following be ok for this?
