How good is this laptop?

My friend got a new laptop, and he gave his "old" one to me, and i checked all the details & stuff, so i was wondering, is this laptop good for gaming? my current computer is technically JUNK

RAM 12 GB DDR3L 1600MHZ
1 TB 5400 RPM
AMD Radeon R7 M360 Graphics 6GB
15.6 Inch screen, 1336x768

Also, will it be able to run skyrim at max? i am tired of minecraft

It wont be able max out skyrim. You likely be running at high settings 768p.

Hey bro this is just awesome. it will be able to play gta 5 easily and for next 2-3 yrs it will play almost all game,if not on high at least mid

That system will not play almost any game on mid, many games now it won't play on medium settings with playable frame rates.

The CPU will have issues with stutter in areas, and the video chip is a lower mid range one.

For a free system it's not bad at all, but it's more for low settings in games at the 768 resolution.

Skyrim it can do on medium I'd say without mods and play smoothly.
