how I get my 32 Samsung TV to display as monitor using computer

Hi I have a 32 Samsung TV connect to PC via HDMI....has a nvidia geforce 760 video card and I see desktop but not entire screen and it will show programs opened. I change to 1920 ×1080 ratio...how can I get this TV to work as a monitor please help

It may be a setting on your TV, such as picture scaling. Try changing that to no zoom or a similar setting.
