if the phone is in google drive, login thru google account https/accounts.google.com/signin

I am facing issue with the Google drive, actually, whenever I access the Google drive google drive server encountered an error occurred. I also searched on the internet for the solution and got to know from https/errorcode0x.com/google-drive-server-error-solved/ that this kind of error may occur due to the cache files or cookies so I deleted them but still getting the same error. Any solution in this matter?
