I am using android and a friend of my is also but my friend's android device is working on my 2nd Google ID how I can use camera as spy cam on my 2nd ID.

Fortunately, it won't work.

There are more than enough spying cameras in most countries without everyone with a mobile being able to command other mobiles.

Your friend could be spying on your e-mails though.
