Solved! How install a fresh windows 7 on a corrupted system32 laptop

Hey, I have an Aspire 5517 Acer Laptop, I think I messed up the CCleaner checkboxes, i forgot I broke this laptop 3 years ago and it still works in my amazement so I want to use it as a 2nd monitor or something. Now when I start it, it gives me the acer logo and an <f2> thing at the bottom left corner, i press it and it still takes me this boot thing. Is there anyway for me to install windows 7 with this?

That laptop came with a DVD burner, so the answer is "the usual way," by booting from the DVD.

Got this laptop way back in 2012 or something, I've already lost it, I've installed a windows 7.iso file and put it in my usb with YUMI, it doesn't work, after I press f12 it gives a me a white screen then to the white blinking underscore screen.

As I recall, Win7 doesn't have the built in drivers necessary to enable a boot from USB. You need to create an install DVD in order to install Win7.
