how or where will i put my recovery code on facebook if there is no link where should i attach it!

need help on recovering my fb account.
facebook have reply and sent me the confirmation codes but there is no link where to put it, if i open my fb account the whole process of getting a new email address came up and then they will send the confirmation code and it keeps continue in cycle. HELP PLS.
