SONY is going the easy and least expensive route. Stock console parts and the infrastructure of the PS3 ported to the PS4. Interface changes and new game titles but little innovation. This is good as SONY cannot afford to make errors with the company's shaky financials in the past few years. It is also bad as it adds little except a lot of "me too" to the new console.
