How to activate my sd card

i vijay thakur taken the sandisk micro SDHC card but when i am inserting in my nokia mobile phone or my personal computer that is not showing any size or message is coming please insert disk.
so i request you to kindly reply me how to active my card.

Your card may be faulty.Happened a lot to me with Sandisk cards.Try returning it to the seller and verify if the new card works or not at the store from store where you've bought it.
