How to add to your media library

Hello,
i am trying to add to my media libray and cannot seem to get a step by step answer on the procedure. my laptop, acer, does not want to accept foders or to record anything..what to do?

Hello, media library is not part of windows. You will to tell us which software you are using that provides a media library feature.
