1. Logging on and signing in - Go to www.gmail.com and sign in with your email address and password.
2. Settings - When you log in, you will be directed to your inbox. Near the top and to the right side will be gear icon. Click the gear icon and click Settings from the drop down menu.
3. Signature - Scroll down through the options until you see Signature. There is a large text box for you to enter your new signature. If you haven’t made one yet, click the button below No Signature. If you have a signature, click inside the text box and backspace through the current text and enter the new text for your signature. If you don’t have a signature yet, click inside the text box and enter the text you wish to have for your signature. In either case, when you are done, scroll down and click Save Changes.
