how to charge ny phone

I bought a new battery for my galaxy s2 and i tried to charge it but it won't charge. Sometimes when it does charge it makes the screen glitch and i dint want to take it to the store because it might cost alot of money. What should I do ?

This happens with many cheap aftermarket batteries. Return it and get an OEM battery.
