How to clean up d drive on windows 7

Hello,
My D drive say it is full and I ca't play any CDs' or any Cds I put in

You can try CCleaner: http/www.piriform.com/ccleaner
It does a good job with cleanup. Is the D drive a hard disk drive or is it you CD drive?
