How to connect a bluetooth keyboard to my Samsung smart TV?

I have a new 60" Samsung Smart TV, but it's not too smart because the "keyboard" connection is only a USB port. Thinking that the TV was Bluetooth capable, I bought the Samsung
accessory called "Wireless Keyboard for Smart TV". Needless to say, it's not connecting. Is there a USB adaptor that can make my Bluetooth keyboard work? If so, do I need one that sends or receives? Or do the adapters do both?

If this accessory is made by Samsung, why not ask Samsung about how to use it? Can you provide a link to that keyboard' page?
