How to connect direct tv and router to same cable

I have one cable connection for direct tv downstairs. Is there a way to connect my router via a splitter?

The input to a Direct TV box is high frequency (2Ghz) and may have DC voltage on it to change the polarity of the antenna. It shouldn't be shared with anything besides another direct TV box (with an approved splitter/combiner).
