If your WiFi isn't working, as stated above, you can try connecting via Ethernet and see if that works. I would also suggest tring to connect to a few different WiFi's to see if it is only one that won't connect or multiple. If only one, then it is probably something with that particular one. When then the problem would need to be found as to why. If, however, it happens on any WiFi you try, then the WiFi in your device may well be damaged and in need of replacing.
If that is the case, then you have two choices. Replace the internal WiFi, or get an external WiFi that connects to the computer via a USB port.
