How to connect my Sony dsc w830 with my android tablet? Memory card not detected.

Use the same connection as to a computer but get a mini-USB cable for it, maybe an adapter for the existing cable would work. It likely won't see it though, not many tablets can read external USB storage.
You can just use a regular computer.
