How to connect RCA Jack

Hello friends,

I wish to connect NTSC/PAL composite video display to my PIC32 microcontroller based board.
Here is the connector selected:

What is Pin 1 and Pin2(which is ground).
Kindly bear with my dumb qn.

The tip of the plug is signal, the sleeve pin one is ground
