How to connect Samsung galaxy grand 2 to windows 2003 for internet usage. I have installed all versions of kies, it transfers data but does not connect to Internet although I have followed all the procedure to connect to Internet through USB tethering.

That's not how it works. Kies doesn't allow you to tether, at least not to my knowledge.
