How to connect switch and pc audio into one headset

I want to be able to hear pc audio such as talk to my friends on discord but also hear audio from my switch in the same headset.

If I plug this into my switch at one end and the other into my pc and also have my headset plugged into my pc in the other ports will it work

Yes, just patch the switch audio out to the "line in" on your sound card with that cable, and make the appropriate adjustments to your recording devices (right-click on your speaker and select "recording devices", may have to right-click on the white space and enable "show disabled devices" and "show disconnected devices" if the line-in does not show up) then adjust levels with the mixer as needed.
