How to connect two ITB124B speakers towers and an hdmi together to tv and through the ps4?

Connect the PS4 to the TV with HDMI. HDMI doesn't help you since the speakers don't have HDMI
The description of the speaker on Amazon says it comes with a stereo audio cable so it should have an aux analog audio input (probably a stereo mini plug) on each one.
If your TV has a digital audio output you will need a DAC like this one

Since you want to run 2 speakers in stereo you will need 2 custom cables. Both will have an RCA plug at the DAC end (right and left each) and stereo mini plugs at the speaker end but each stereo plug needs to only be connected to one channel for you to get stereo. One connect to the left the other to the right. Otherwise you will get double mono not stereo. Any repair shop can make them up for you or modify cables they already have.
