how to contact facebook regarding accout issue?

"Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." Sometimes I use security confirmation code sent to my email when I try "forgotten password" and get tis response or page remains with submit security confirmation code. I have been trying for at least two weeks. I tried everything to log in. I only use my facebook to view phots and messages from my family and a couple of friends. I do not send anything or accept friend notifications. I prrobably have only 5 or 6 accepted on my facebook.
